Sales Associate, Kira (San Francisco, California)

We are looking for a part-time sales associate who has 2-3 years in sales/customer service.

Join a local team of creative, fun individuals in the Inner Sunset, San Francisco at Kira! We've curated a collection of unique jewelry, artwork, cards, toys and gifts for kids/adults from our favorite brands and artists. Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Understand product lines and make recommendations to customers.
• Operate our Shopify POS computer system.
• Receive new products, including quality check and barcoding.
• Merchandise and keep our shelves full and tidy.
• Maintain stock and inventory accuracy.
• Opportunity to work on special projects such as buying, social media, design, events, etc.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and verbal/written communication skills.
• Must have attention to detail and be able to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working independently.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory systems.
• Team player and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with a get it done attitude.
• Minimum Education: High School or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail sales/customer service.
