Sales Associate, Aloha Kira (Kailua, Hawai'i)

We are looking for a part-time sales associate who has 2-3 years in apparel sales/customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and develop relationships with customers and teammates.
  • Be passionate about product lines and make recommendations to customers.
  • Receive new products, including quality check and barcoding.
  • Restock and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Opportunity to work on visual merchandising, in-store events, design and marketing/social media.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of apparel sales/customer service experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Must have attention to detail and be able to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience working independently.
  • Familiar with POS and inventory systems.
  • Team player and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with a get it done attitude.
  • Minimum Education: High School or equivalent.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel/Word skills and Google Docs.
  • Work flexible hours including weekends.
